Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:  Items that are in stock  are normally shipped within 2 business days.  Please allow 8-10 business days for orders sent thru Ground shipment. Note: Shipping is calculated from the date the shipment leaves our warehouse.

  • Shipping only in Continental US 48 States

  • Sales tax applicable for some states. 

BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot be shipped you will be notified automatically via e-mail about the status of your order.

CANCELED ORDERS: Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at customerservice@giftsrfree.com only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be canceled. You must include Return Authorization number while returning the package.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS: All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of merchandise received. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. 

If recipient is not 100% satisfied, recipient can return any item within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund of payment, Certificate credit for payments by Gift Certificate, or item(s) of equal value. A restocking fee of 5 percent of the "Shipping" cost plus the cost of shipping will be applied for exchanges/returns not resulting from product defects.

CONSUMABLES: Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have been opened. (No Return will be accepted)

RETURN AUTHORIZATION: All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.    To obtain a Return Authorization Number email customer service at customerservice@giftsrfree.com

Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorized in writing by our Customer Service Department.

Note: If you have an email SPAM BLOCKER you may not receive your Return Authorization Number. You may need to disable your Spam Blocker temporally.

 REFUSED DELIVERY: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued to our accounting department to issue a credit for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling charge.

 PRICING & AVAILABILITY: All pricing and product availability are subject to change.

TERMS & CONDITION: Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of our “Shipping & Returns Policy”. The Shipping & Returns Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not canceled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.
